What we define before selecting a theme

Describe your main customer groups, most important products, and the action you want to make easier: finding a product, sending an inquiry, or placing an order. Examples of pages you like are useful when you explain what works on them for your audience.

The theme is the technical and visual starting point. Connect selects the appropriate theme and customizations according to the agreed requirements; the partner does not need to install themes or edit code independently.

Concept, content, and agreed scope

We align the content hierarchy, the appearance of key pages, the use of colors and typography, and the placement of calls to action. We consider special functionalities separately to confirm the implementation method and scope.

The offer and agreement should clarify which pages and customizations we will create, who prepares the texts and photos, and how approvals are submitted. We assess new requirements after concept approval first.

How to provide useful feedback

Connect your comment to a specific page and goal. For example: “On mobile, we want the link to the main category to be visible before the promotional banner.” This is more useful than a general message that something should look different.

Having one person responsible for consolidating comments prevents contradictory instructions. Mark materials as draft or final, and clearly state which version replaces the previous one.
